Smart Presence, not Local Presence

Other dialers naively match the prospect's area code, calling this local presence. Smart presence selects area codes based on millions of historical call data points and multiple sources of prospect information.

Note: This is currently only available for US and Canadian phone numbers.

How it Works

Our algorithm analyzes a vast amount of data to select an optimal set of area codes for dialing each prospect, including but not limited to past call activity, prospect / company data, time-of-day and other signals that impact a prospect's pickup likelihood.

Smart presence selects numbers for each prospect call, regardless of whether you are power or parallel-dialing.

Callbacks work normally when you are using Smart Presence; prospects who call you back will be answerable directly
