Changing Dispositions on a logged call

Sometimes a user might accidentally choose the wrong disposition when logging a call in Nooks. We're all human and we make mistakes!

To change the disposition (only Nooks Admins and Managers can do this):

  • Go to the Call Library tab in Nooks

  • Find the call you want to change the disposition for

  • Hover your mouse over the disposition - you should see an "edit" icon, and choose the correct disposition

Limitations:

  • This will only change the disposition in Nooks (so it will reflect in Nooks reporting, for example). But you might still need to change it in your connected SEP/CRM
