Pulling in Custom Fields from HubSpot to Nooks

In order to pull in custom fields from HubSpot into Nooks, you need to know the individual custom field #'s from within HubSpot.

Finding HubSpot Settings in Nooks

While in the dialer:

• Navigate to your Settings from the gear icon in the bottom-left corner.

• Under Integrations, choose HubSpot

• Select the Corresponding Hubspot Custom Field and update the associated Field Name within Nooks

• Click Add

Once you've mapped each field in from HubSpot, you can see them in the table view as well as the individual Account or Prospect profile

You can rearrange and toggle how you would like to see these fields in your individual dialer view

In the individual Prospect view from within Nooks, your custom fields will appear under Prospect Fields.
